Garlic Lamb and Broccoli Stir-Fry


Ingredients:


• 2 tsp corn flour

• 2/3 cup beef stock

• 500 gm lamb strips

• 1 tbsp fresh grated garlic

• 3 cups blanched broccoli florets

• Peanut oil



Method:


Blend 2 teaspoons of corn flour with a little water and add beef stock. Heat a little peanut oil, stir-fry the lamb strips and garlic for about 3-4 minutes. Add 3 cups blanched broccoli florets and stir in the corn flour mixture. Cook for 2 minutes. Season with a drizzle of sesame oil. Serve with cooked rice and lime wedges. Garnish with sliced spring onions.
