Lamb Roast with Olive and Red Wine


Ingredients:


• 1 cup olive oil

• ½ cup red wine

• 2 cloves garlic, grated

• 4 onions, finely chopped

• Salt to taste

• 12 crushed peppercorns

• 1 bay leaf

• ½ tsp oregano

• ½ tsp sweet basil



Method:


Marinate meat with the above ingredients, and keep in the fridge for a day. Meat may look grayish. Cook or roast as usual. Serve with roast vegetables of your choice.
